Led by Alexis Johnson, the main focus of BFRE is the Origination of off-market opportunities ranging from ground-up development schemes through to existing income producing Assets.

BFRE covers the Hospitality sector focusing on Hotels, Lodges and Re-developments, Commercial: including office space, logistics and data centres and, Residential with focus on PBSA, Co-living and BTR.

BFRE works alongside a diverse client base including Institutional Investors, Family Offices and High Net Worth Individuals acting as an intermediary to source Assets, Debt and Equity through its extensive network of Partners which include Financial Institutions, Developers, Asset Owners and Lawyers.
